Cancellation Policy

Summary: Cancel at least 12 hours before your lesson to receive your credit back. Late cancellations forfeit the credit.

Early Cancellation (≥ 12 hours before)

If you cancel your booking 12 or more hours before the scheduled start time, your credit will be fully restored to your account. You may use it to book any other available slot.

Late Cancellation (less than 12 hours before)

If you cancel your booking less than 12 hours before the scheduled start time, your credit will be permanently forfeited. No replacement or refund will be provided.

No-Shows

If you do not attend your scheduled lesson without cancelling, it will be marked as a no-show. The credit is forfeited.

Monetary Refunds

Monetary refunds are not provided under any circumstances. Credits are the only form of compensation available.

How to Cancel

Log in to your dashboard, navigate to My Bookings, and click the cancel button on the relevant booking. You will see a warning if you are within the late cancellation window.
