Terms and Conditions

Arman Kara provides private English language tuition through an online booking platform. Lessons are 60 minutes in duration. Access to lessons is provided via prepaid credit packages.

Lesson credits are sold in packages. Each credit corresponds to one 60-minute lesson. Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable. Credits expire 6 months from the date of purchase.

Students may book available lesson slots through the platform dashboard. A booking requires at least 1 valid, non-expired credit. Once a slot is booked, it is reserved exclusively for that student.

Cancellations made 12 or more hours before the scheduled lesson will result in a full credit restoration. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the lesson will result in the credit being forfeited. No monetary refunds are provided under any circumstances.

Payments are processed securely via PayPal (card and PayPal balance accepted). All prices are shown in Euros (EUR). Once a payment is confirmed, credits are immediately added to your account.

Students are expected to attend lessons on time and communicate respectfully. Repeated no-shows or misconduct may result in account suspension.

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
